Vision Associates is a social enterprise, a not-for-profit organisation with a specific remit to help, advise and provide significant support and training in developing people, policy and procedures to enhance diversity and equality in all its guises and aspects.

Since 2006, the company's principals have a total combined experience of 30 years working in the equality and diversity fields and bring experience, expertise and skills to the disciplines of equality, diversity, developing policies and procedures. The principals offer qualified expertise in areas such as Toolkits for Equality, Engagement of People and to agencies developing partnership schemes.
